For the Poppers
4 pieces of thick cut bacon
4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces of plain cream cheese, softened
10 jalapeños

For the Blue Cheese Dip
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup blue cheese crumbles divided
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

1. If you haven’t ahead of time, bake 4 pieces of bacon for 10 minutes
2. Preheat oven to 350F°
3. Mix cheddar cheese and cream cheese with your hands
4. Crumble the 4 pieces of bacon and mix into cheese mixture
5. Cut jalapeños in half, remove seeds and ribs
6. Stuff jalapeños halves with bacon and cheese mixture evenly
7. Bake for 10 minutes
8. While the poppers are baking, mix all the blue cheese dip ingredients together, while putting the blue cheese in last. This recipe makes enough dip to last for a few days!
